    The MS150 Has Arrived

Thanks for the help! According to B Snelling you don't meed to remove the choke assembly from the carb and the choke switch will pry off so you can remove the carb. I pulled on it as hard as I felt I shld and it didn't move. Thanks again Climbhigh. I now know what you mean by "staking the screw.

    The MS150 Has Arrived

It caught me by surprise how easily it stripped. I didn't see any one mention the need to remove the rod that the butterfly valve sits on to pull the carb when removing the limiters. Maybe it isn't necessary to remove the choke rod but the choke control lever didnt seem to want to pull off the...

    The MS150 Has Arrived

I picked up an ms150 yesterday and got to work modding it. In order to pull the carb to remove the limiters I had to remove the choke lever. This entailed removing the screw that holds the butterfly valve in place. Putting it back together i stripped the little screw (seemed very easy to do) I...

Home made things for tree work

The rim on the tree is great! If it included the hub and a back plate would it work like a grcs? And if not what would be the difference?

    August Hunicke Videos

Sounds great even without the dirty climax. Plus Stig seems to have gone all touchy feely. It would be great to see!

    TreeStuff.com Gaff Guardian

I like the look of them. I just wonder if they are compatible with spike mounted ascenders as the look like they would eliminate the concerns regarding gaffing oneself during rope ascent?

    201tc

My 540t has cut great for almost two years now. It is fast and powerful in the cut. My only objection is the plastic quality on the husky. I think it is weakly made and prone to breaking. I will go with the ms201tcm as my next saw.

Insurance Premium to Gross Revenue ratio

That is outrageous! The auto insurance is what really gets me as it is a government mandated police enforced piracy. A rational policy would be to make individuals assume liability for going on the roads. Insure yourself if you like type thing.

    Grant Hadwin

I worked planting trees in northern BC in the early 90s and just as squish suggested as soon as you leave the major tourist highways the valleys are clearcut on both sides as far as the eye can see. The tree planting program seemed more for PR reasons and perhaps creating a timber farm more...
