    Because he is using a pushing chain, top of the bar, which ejects chip better, less chance of it binding. Hooks/dogs are useless when using the top of the bar.

    Good point. My nephew and my new groundsman (29 and 19 respectively) use it all the time to repair stuff and find out how something works to good effect. They seem better than us (older sorts) at sifting through the rubbish to get to the relevant vids.

    I think this has been discussed before. Iirc it was a guy cutting high value walnut or similar, nice if it works, you’d need a tree with just the right lean. I shan’t be bothering.
