A cellphone is capable of only 300 mW of RF output (that's the FCC limit). Four of them would still only be 1200mW. (One mW means a thousandth of a watt; a measure of power). A typical home microwave puts out about 1,500,000 mW.... and still takes about 30 seconds to start the kernels to popping.
