Hey again fellas, i am also in the market for a chipper, preferably a 12" capacity but will take a 6" if the price is right. Comparing prices from Canada to the U.S. , the prices are almost half in the states compared to Canuckland, even with Duty and having to drive to pick it up. Can y'all point me in the right direction or if any of you have a line on a good machine, let me know. Thanks!
 
That's a big jump, a 12 or a 6. I'd say get a Brush Bandit 9" with as big a diesel as you can afford.

Ya a 9" would be fine too. Thing is, right now i have a guy who takes all my bigger stuff, basically anything bigger than 6" and uses it all for firewood. He's been really good the last few years, can always count on him, so at this point i don't need anything bigger than 6" but someday that will change and then i will want bigger. of course 6" to "12 is also a huge price difference.
