I just looked that up, Willie, found a report that congress voted this year to allow people to carry guns in national parks and wildlife refuges, as long as the state where the park is located will also permit it. The law was passed much to the dismay of gun control advocates.

Doesn't seem like all that much point in carrying a gun hid away in some place where you can't get to it with immediacy. Legal concealed weapon with close access seems to make more sense, if possible.
