We had a tough day Sunday, brought home 3 little snappers. Not even worthy of a picture!! John enjoyed them for dinner though. I think the fish are on the reef and we were in the bay.

Nice fish, kinda looks like a red grouper. About the only seafood I eat is shrimp and stone crabs.

Nah Jay, I would never get a tattoo. My daughter got one on her foot, a butterfly and I literally cried myself to sleep. Just not for me. I wear a dolphin necklace and earrings every day though!

10 more lobster yesterday, the current was ripping so not an easy task. The best part of the day though was seeing dolphins in the wild actually jumping and playing. I have only seen the jumping once maybe twice before. It was a mom with her kids doing the jumping. SO COOL.

Hella of a day today, 10 lobster, a grouper, and two other fish, trigger and a hog. Pictures tomorrow, so tired tonight.

We call them Florida lobster. Not sure what the real name is, but people that love Maine lobsters really love them. John prefers the Florida Lobster though. Oh, did I say Lobster tacos? On the menu this week. :)

Yep, that's our limit per day, 6 each! That is why we did not go on the second day, we fish to eat. Broiled lobster, boiled lobster, fried lobster, lobster lobster lobster!!

Lobster mini season was Wednesday and Thursday this week. John and I got our limit and were back on the dock in one hour!! We only had to hit one hole. John went down, took a look and said, Gigi get your gear on we are going to get our limit right here! Love it when that happens.

I have never fly fished, it is such an art to me, something I just have not tried. As for tarpon fishing, we have a huge season here, the guides look forward to it. We don't really fish for tarpon, can't keep them with out a stamp and we don't eat them. We fish so John can eat! Jeff...
