My brother-in-law worked with some Mexicans years ago...got quite close to them, in fact...to the point they invited him home with them to eat. He learned some of their recipes/customs. He’d invite us over for “authentic” tacos. It was amazing. They cook quite a bit differently than we do.

You folks mentioning a bottle or two of water are killing me. When it’s hot, I drink at least a gallon of water a day. Often two gallons.

That might be debatable if someone had to ride in a closed cab with you shortly after you consumed them.....:/:

Always have the water cooler on board. I keep a bag of fun size Paydays in the truck (won't melt), and a few Gatorades in the cooler. Generally two Paydays and a Gatorade and I'm good to go.
