I can tell a difference in my metabolism when I eat my 3 eggs and toast for breakfast. I ate grilled cheese sandwiches for years for breakfast. When I started eating eggs every day, my metabolism increased, as did my energy level.
Uh, yep, yolks and all. With raw goat milk. And real butter. Sorry, I likes it. Why do you say not to eat the yolks? Is the yolk not where most of its nutritional value is?
That's a bit fancier than mine! Getting about ready to go to fried ones for a while again. I eat 3 eggs every morning, occasionally 4. I can tell they give me a boost of energy.
Here's a pic of some of my wife's homemade mozzarella sticks. She makes the cheese, then forms it into sticks and freezes them. Then she coats them with Panko bread crumbs and puts them in the freezer again to set. Once fully frozen, she bags them to be cooked later. A little hot oil...
