When I first started reading this post I kept asking myself, wait what's a pantin again cause I thought it was a foot ascender? I totally agree with Burnham, any climbing system that relies on a foot ascender as a backup is just whack. jp:D

Just take your lanyard and flip it around your back and over your shoulder, clip to the middle hole on the hitchclimber, tighten up and you're ready to go. jp:D
