Well, most folks don't understand shit nowadays... don't know if they did before then. ;) My point is that the IRS is not just accountants,. I'm sure they have to go arrest people when they break whatever law they broke. You aren't going to send your local county deputy to do that.

Virtually all of the federal agencies have some form of a law enforcement, what's the big deal? They probably need to focus on the particular laws that they are charged with enforcing.
