Yup as I said I find it(rigging/roping/whatever) faster on the getting the wood down and then way faster on the clean-up. Of course if it's bombs away I won't rig or if I can even just cut and push pieces into a safe landing zone. But once you're actually cutting and tossing, if there's much...

Rigging whenever possible is way faster for my set-up with a mini. Big pieces = way faster clean-up.

If it takes two guys to do the same work. Then it is slower right? Heh Derek.:P

I'm missing something on the 'lifting an outrigger' issue. I have a bucket truck and would never run it without the outriggers deployed as I'm fairly confident it would rollover. And from what I've heard some of the newer trucks won't let the lift go 'live' unless the outriggers are down past...

I don't care what y'all say I sure as hell want one. Now I just gotta start coining 'er so I can justify it! If a guy has the work to keep it busy damn I'd get one in a heartbeat.

The levelling system is a PITA, you mean to set-up actually have the room to get the outriggers out? Do they have to be in exact set positions or can they be offset to either side slightly to make way for obstacles and such? Having learned the real price tags on these it's certainly not...

Ha I just told the wife if I sold the boat, truck/camper and our quads I'd have a real nice downpayment:lol: , she didn't find it that funny :what: . That is a real nice looking rig for sure. Time will tell for me but obviously a unit like that is not a decision that you make overnight. Very...

So your tracks move up and down for travelling on uneven ground, like a sidehill? If so how far, even aprox? How gnarly of ground can you access with your lift?

Dave you mentioned in one of the first posts that the boom movement was kind of slow and you were going to look into adjusting/speeding it up. Any luck or more comment on that?
