I don't remember this thread. Last year I closed a hydraulic valve intending to come back and replace the filter. Got distracted and didn't make it back. Guys drove to the job Monday morning and I went to set the outriggers, POP!! Blew the filter out on a nice asphalt drive

they wouldve ruined a camera and had no proof darin, your safe!

i think it started out at 15k fine and after voluntary inspections and such it was reduced to 300 bucks. it was right before i left my last employer to go out on my own. i felt horrible as we never even seen osha before that day

some how forgetting to clip my belt to the bucket, i was always clipped in, dont know how i forgot. unfortunatly osha was there clicking pics:(
