    If you go hydro drive on the trailer, brakes may not even be needed. Think of it in terms with the Thomas, you accelerate, it flows, you stop, it doesn't flow and will hold fast as long as there is hydro pressure to hold it stopped. Just another view point.

    I'd be afraid of that thing running me over with my luck! Just throwing this out there, would an articulated loader get better flotation than the mini? Seems by the time you bought all this other stuff you'd have the same money to buy a new one?

    I looked into them Carl, they are neat, but fairly limited and take a tremendous amount of trailer space making it a two trip job most times. They are also rather pricey, $6-8k near as I recall. I know Bailey's sells a brand of them. I could see if you had some land and were gathering firewood...
