Let me be very clear here. The beers come after the 2 hours of non-strenuous labor, and before we take the skidder out for a drunken hillbilly joyride. I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt.

Great pics Jed! frig that new job. Come on down here and we can kill Redwoods from 10 am till noon, 2 days a week for very little $. With all the extra time were gonna have on our hands, we can get drunk on Space Dust and drive the skidder around the woods. It'll be awesome. Seriously though...

I think we can agree that we are both assholes! Agreed? Seriously though some of these new Huskys feel like hot rodded saws right out of the box without all the hassles. As far as starting the 562 you put it in chock position till it pops then put it in the run position and when it fires up...

Jed the 562XP is bone stock. I also got a 550XP that cuts like a raped ape! I gave up on hot-rodded saws a long time ago. If it don't kick ass stock it ain't a good saw.

Beautiful work as usual Jed! Glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for the kind words, but with guys like Jerry, August, Reg, and many others I am happy to be playin' for the B Team! The 562XP throws chips like nothing else and is one of the best saw I have ever run!

Yea I need to learn to make them much shorter. Its amazing how much action August gets into such a short amount of time. I want to give a shout to August for his very touching and beautiful video to Joe and Meadow. You messed me up with that one brother!

Thanks Stig and I gotta agree with ya. I love the sounds of saws, hinge wood, limbs breaking, pounding wedges, and the crash of wood hitting the ground. Music to my ears!

Yea, its my second Lucas and I love it! So easy to use, and just spits out the most beautiful lumber. It pays for itself real quick when it's kicking out clear-heart Redwood.

Yea. I was kinda just messing with you guys. I just added another pic to the post without the hardhat. I do wear earplugs, cause the mill is very loud and I can spend hours at a time running it. I find it kinda meditative! How the heck do I remove an attached image?

Pulled over a real nice back-leaning Redwood for a neighbor. Had to set a tag-line and remove limbs on backside. Did the job for the logs, and skidded em' over to my place. Breaking in a new Lucas 10-30 before I set it up on some real logs. I've got about 50,000 board feet of Redwood and 35,000...
