I just went to the website...only the first page is up...the links don't work for books, cd's, etc.

I figured to send a check for the book...maybe $100 with a note to "keep the change".

That can be a very frustrating problem...I have had the same trouble getting registered here before...so did some of my friends/relatives that wanted to see some of the picts I had posted related to them. He may show up yet.
