I like the action shot...coloring reminds me of a beagle.

My lab was a puppy that just showed up on our front porch. Never knew where she came from but she was very young and we trained her from early on. I'm sure that makes a big difference.

This is the system I used for our dog...a Lab/Chow mix. Booka was a very smart and wonderful companion...she would run alongside my bike on long rides, had a large retinue of commands that she understood and followed. I'd avoid the Chow part...they can be trouble. See this book...
