I looked at FF at work...ver 2.0.0.14.....no star available. It must come with ver. 3.0

I just upgraded to 3.0...still no "star". I went to "view-toolbars-customize" and the "star" you referenced is part of the customization that is possible. Maybe it was on the 2.0.0.14 version, too...too late to check it now.

Virginia, I don't have that star, either (and my "view" is checked correctly)...I have version 2.0.0.14....I see that there is now a ver. 3...time to update...that may be the difference.

10-4 on the tabbed browsing...a very useful feature that I use always. Firefox was way ahead of the curve with tabs.

I agree...I have used Mozilla Firefox for years. I changed to it to get away from spyware...it helped. The Firefox bookmarks organizer was WAY ahead of IE..probably still is, I don't use IE any-mo.
