The fox pooped next to Spot's food dish last night :^S That animal seems to take joy in simply being a PITA. I've been leaving the light on out back, and that seems to keep the fox away, but I forgot to turn it on last night.

Based on an image search, it looks like metal was the most common brake. Maybe you could mod that to make it more comfortable.

I have a couple spools myself, but I can't remember the sizes. My goal was to cover all my saws with two spools. The smallest saws have been verified to work. Dunno about the big saws yet. It's pretty good line.

Pretty good actually. Not 100% or whatever passes for that, but I'm ready to rock. I think I could've done that maple yesterday. Maybe a little slower, and maybe some help with slings moving wood, but I think I could've been useful :^)

Wouldn't be a bad idea. They sell bailout kits, but they're hugely expensive. All you really need is a rope, biner and piece of hitchcord. You could play around with climbing too. Might be useful for ladder height type stuff if you didn't want to fully get into it.

I was thinking today, if I were given the choice of being 24 for five years, and then dying, or getting the normal indeterminate rest of life with all the problems that entails, I might go for the five year option. Shorter life(maybe), but you'd get to go out on top of the world.
