Old houses are lots of work, but they have tons of character. A friend of mine's place was built in 1790. I have a fair amount of time redoing some of the foundation, and painting the outside.
There was(is?) a big ass Morbark chipper for sale on my way to work. Very pretty and red. Had me thinking "Hmm...". That would totally be a recreational chipper sitting in my yard if I got it.
