That whole subforum is read only. Carl locked it down to start again, hopefully with less BS.

Just a suggestion... Might be better to lock threads than disappear them. They can stand as a record, and slowly drift away as new threads popup.

Yup. I had an issue on my last post there. Firefox wouldn't work, but midori would. Don't know what that indicates.

I had an issue with the advertising thread tonight also. Tried several times, including restarting my browser. Didn't work. Used my phone, and it worked fine. Not sure what to make of that?

I have a feature request. In the reactions(like button), the "Informative" reaction would be cool. It's a bit more precise than "Like" for some circumstances. Really isn't a big deal either way, but I'm guessing it would be trivial to add, so why not?

:^P I think the problem may be that it's a paradigm that's assumed everyone knows. Not everyone lives on the internet, so more assumptions are made when designing the interface. It's simple, but it's hidden, so harder to learn.

I just pinned the tab here, and noticed it had a generic icon. A favicon would be cool.

The @ just lets you know someone mentioned you in a thread. You get an alert and a link to the thread. You can then respond or not.

On forums all over, I've gotten in the habit of just clicking the last page number below the thread title. The results are more predictable, though you sometimes have to backtrack a page or two.

For sure. Phones are great for portability, but for any real work, I'll take a pc every time. I despise typing on a phone. Constantly fatfingering buttons :^S
