    They're nice little jars too. It's just a good experience all around. I say it doesn't really help me, but I feel a little better about things using it, so I guess it does kind of work after a fashion.

    I like Tiger Balm also. I can't say it really helps, but I like the heat and the way it smells.

    Growing up, a friend of mine's mother took gold pills for arthritis. His father was a doctor, so it wasn't necessarily BS. I don't really know anything about it otherwise.
