I understand the attraction, but it's not what I would do.
$90k at 9% for 4 years would be a $2240/month payment. When the truck that does all of your cutting and hauling goes down, so does your income.
What kinda grapple saw can you get for $12k?
Two years of financials can sometimes be worked around with history and down payment.
