Well once the wire gets inserted the eye length is then reduce on the markings on the core of the rope si was wondering if anyone has done this with success. Thanks- jtrouse

Hi everyone i know its been a while but just wondered has anyone successfully done a class 2 splice with wire inside it to keep it open for use as a redirect sling to minimise weight. I have tried but once the wire was inserted my measurements got thrown off so im a little stuck on what to do...- jtrouse
