I had (2) 090s, external clutch, rim drive. The centrifugal weights in the clutch had bonded brake linings. Easy to smoke the clutches if you were not careful.

That thing is blubbering bad, smokey. It needs to be leaned out, and the govenor removed. Though that would void the Chinese warranty. Just kidding. With a little tuning that cheap 090 could run much better.

El Cheapo Chinese 090. Has the look and the sound, and boy is it funky, terrible. The guy in the vid is humble but doesn't know a lot about saws. But he will when he's done fixing all the bugs in this one.

Was that Jet Saw a factory build? Or a private build, proof of concept? Pretty interesting. Though hardly practical.
