Just got back my sawzall. Knocked on his door and his wife answered and had the tool in her hand. Said she was ashamed and asked me to not press charges. Don't know where he was. I thanked her and left. Sad story. He was making a grand a week off of me before taxes. Good riddance

First time in I don't know how long I fired a guy with extreme prejudice. First he is an unskilled ground worker. But a fairly good brush mule, terrible at roping or chipping but sometimes you just need a mule. So I always figured to employ him for what he CAN do, not what I want groundi to do...
