I handled the turkeys and two sides for 15 the rest of the sides were brought in by other guests.

No, I work alone. (in the kitchen anyways) I kick everybody out while I am cooking I can't stand people in my way just milling about while I am working. I can't even delegate tasks I get so focused on what I am doing I'll just do it all.
