I think his is a 100'er and that's a LOT of stick for Wisco trees. That's hand pruner at the very tips of 99% of the trees here. I do see some trees in the 130'-140' range around the lakes but only in the deep old money controlled stands. Mostly white pine and hemlock and a hand full of oaks red...
I should have made that clearer. Did you grind one stump "thru house venture" or have you done many stumps like that in 18 years. Because one in 18 years IMO doesn't justify having narrow access equipment. If it were once a month then its worth it's weight in gold and a guy can justify the cost...
I forget who makes it but there is a spider lift and F550 combo out there. The lift is on the truck so when you have access it's a bucket truck and when there is no access you just drive off the spider.
No it's a thing but I have only read about it here tho. If Jay were still around he has a lot of experience with sand bags I think he turned Paul on to them IIRC.
