    I'm still trying to be consistent with it some of those welds really need a grinder to make them look good. On a side note, How do you keep a carbide burr from loading up with aluminum? WD40?

    New member of the family. I call it The Cable Station. I got tired of working out of a Klein linemans bucket. I'll set a line with a friction saver and have the groundie tension the the spars with a Mass Damn.

    I didn't notice any dulling. I used a wood cutting saw and blade to make the scabbard so I'll keep you posted.

    Not this one about $35 in materials and I figure about an hour and half to make. I was thinking wood oak, beech, or sugar maple just because I have that around the shop but delrin plastic is what would be nice.
