I need to get better pics. Limbs did not break at inclusions.

My concern is that it’s spread out and has had major limbs break off before, just want to prevent it breaking more, would be nice to get the center to fill in. I imagine reduce the number of small branches in the clusters at the ends of the bigger limbs…?

This poor olive is has grown all crazy under the shade of the big mesquite which is now gone. How should we treat it? Thanks
