Grilled veggie burger with mushrooms and provolone, and broccoli.

Yep... down 30lbs officially since December, and approaching 35lbs now.

Tonight was a vegetarian scramble wrap. Egg beaters Florentine, some mixed grilled veggies, and the last boca-burger crumbled into it, all on a low-carb, multi-grain wrap.

Since I was relegated to the toaster and microwave at the hotel tonight, I microwaved my burger, but otherwise it was a boca-burger on low-carb 12 grain bread, broccoli and cheese, and cinnamon-orange herbal tea. Twas tasty! :D

Tonight is leftover phở from lunch... extra bean sprouts,veggies, tofu, and a little bit of beef. :D

I found the liver, with the glorious yellow sticker on it, during my pilgrimage to the Church of Walton yesterday, so I snagged it. It's been a while since I have actually cooked any.

Tonight was liver and onions....yum! :dur:

Sorry Brian, but real barbecue has a wonderful spicy vinegar based sauce applied after smoking for hours in a pit at the local firehouse. :P

Tonight it shall be a fresh pork, eggplant, and tomato sauce, and 7 grain angel hair pasta.

Tonight was homemade shrimp fried rice, and last night was chicken spaghetti and 7 grain pasta.

Tonight, since I got into Londonderry late, was Applebee's.

I must not have had enough remaining blood alcohol to make it taste right. :lol: No this one was just not the greatest that I have been to. The one in Canton Oh, and the few I visited in Georgia and South Carolina were ok.

Waffle House, here. It just didn't sit right tonight. :(

Last night was chicken curry. Between the lebanese, thai, indian, italian, and american food that I've had this week... I've got a UN meeting in the colon. :D

Had that last night, with just a wee bit of hot sauce.

Tonight was Blackened, grilled fresh-caught tuna, steamed vegetables, and mashed red-skin, garlic mashed potatoes, with an appetizer of lobster and crab bisque.

Steak, potato, and steamed broccoli. Now.... raspberry-flavored fermented potato juice cocktail... Martinis! :drink:

Ok... put yourself in my shoes, here. I'm in a motel, no fridge, no microwave, and it's almost 11 PM. You've been going since before 6 AM, with no lunch, a light continental breakfast, and only water. ;)
