    I couldn't find this thread when I was looking for it to note issues and treatments. Anyway, what part of your thumb? I just got some Voltaren, haven't tried it yet. As an NSAID, why not just take an advil? Probably cuz this is more targeted?

    I had/have the exact same thing, I think mine was from years ago doing a hard hand shake contest with a 300lb guy, I gave up and he kept going. Had it for years whenever someone would shake my hand hard at all. Just lately it seems better. Most days I work all day with just water, no coffee...

    One thing about healthy eating I've noticed over the years- some of the healthiest people I know have died from cancers. A naturopath I knew was the #1 healthiest person I knew. His diet was vegan and was clean and perfect, and he got plenty of exercise etc. Died in his late 40's a few weeks...
