Jer, I can say the same about you. You've always helped me with any questions that I've had through the years and I really appreciate it. Sorry to hear about the ankle, but I'm sure that it'll all work out for you. Sometimes it stinks that we have to get older doesn't it?

I remember a few years back talking to Charly about Weightlifters and Strongmen. I used to be an avid Powerlifter and knew that Charly worked out as well. We must have chatted for close to an hour about guys from the 40's-80's who used to lift heavy weights. I was amazed at his knowledge. Hope...
