    The guy whose buying my old bed got a quote of 10 for a box, no flatbed. I can say it takes alot of time, and i cant imagine id ask for any less. The heats on now, hes picking it up saturday. If i can only get ford to ship my new truck id be happy.

    Their fully custom boxes are outrageously priced. They quoted an aft axle tiny box for me and i coulda bought three full size triple the size production box.

    Burn, ive got four WG boxes. Dont get me wrong they are good. Its just a mass produced box vs a more "build as ordered" kinda thing. The hardware on the HP boxes are heavy, and just a better finish and build quality overall. Heavier hinges, theres a rain channel on top too. They all work tho.

    Almost. Got the front panel on. Decided to go with The option to replace the sheet, so inwent with ss pan heads, and a sheet of 3/4" azek on the inside. The two side panels will be adhered with the same 3m products as the others. Got my tools boxes too.

    Skinning aignt easy. All welded and ready for skins. Got the tailgate skinned this morning, its drying. Gotta get some lifting lugs for, well lifting, and to tie down orchard ladders. Going to do a pole tube finally, tired of pols floating around.

    1.5x3"x.125 6061 rect tube. Skins are .190 5052. The skins are tuff, the .125 sheet gets dented, the .190 not a chance. I have hauled logs occasionally and throw split wood, no dents.
