Great thing about exhaust brake is it doesn't make the noise of a jake brake. So they should be legal everywhere.

I had an old beat up grapple truck that would shift and drive similar to that, It didn't have a retarder on it though. My isuzu has a exhaust brake on it and it will almost stop itself, when I'm not towing!

Then again, Like I said I have a bucket that works fine. I am considering a trade in for one of these fine machines, and turning my isuzu into my small chip truck.

I was referring to the big ebay truck. Mine turns real well. I would say it turns the same as your international. Same specs, just different chassis. I would trade for a 4x4 chip truck! In good shape. Must be diesel. LJ, How many guns is this guy worth to ya!!:P
