    You could also try this one, I've done it pleny of times in a camp/dutch oven or roaster in the oven with but without the ginger & mushrooms. Always turns out pretty good. :) http://www.abc.net.au/nsw/stories/s363307.htm

    I'll have to check out your one JamesTX, here's one from one I go to. Brisket cook with rub, you can do it in the oven slowly. Brown it first then cover it with foil, or in a roaster with a lid. Now I'm hungry. :lol: http://www.aussiebbq.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86
