But is it THE burger from AS? And Nutball, I've seen that happen when the forum theme accidentally got switched to the mobile version in my desktop browser, producing weird behavior. I had to reset the preference cookie and choose the full desktop site, as you discovered.

So I took the end run around this forum problem. I bought a program called CM Batch JPEG Rotator. It senses the EXIF information of the shot from the camera (in the metadata) and rotates the picture accordingly -- clockwise or counterclockwise 90 degrees. The real problem is that most computer...

Or someone didn't anticipate the great push over to HTTPS would reach critical mass as quickly as it has! (It's called short sighted thinking!)

Might be your camera (mine is a 10 year old Panasonic 10MP) or your photo software -- are you pre-editing them? If I pre-edit portrait photos (in Photoshop), or even just re-save them, it cements the portrait orientation and they upload fine. But if I simply use a batch image scaling program I...

That would be the "killer upgrade" in the forum migration -- to get the picture upload to sense (via EXIF orientation data or simply by dimensional math) whether a picture is landscape or portrait aspect. Right now it invariably flips portrait pics on their sides. I don't know if that's a...

I use it for ÜPS -- since I pronounce their company name "oops": <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/UOJiEgxt7RY?rel=0" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> And über is used commonly enough in English, and not in reference to...

Brandon: Are you using the PHPmailer function or delivering out via SMTP? Sever have a static IP, or shared? Have you checked the server agains the Multi RBL lookup? I also like this Reverse IP check to see how good the company is on a shared host. A couple of times I've been on a shared...

https://masterblasterhome.com Brandon: Good to see some https action going on via Let's Encrypt (the wave of the future, after all)! Only thing is that it's showing mixed mode because of a lot of http-served images. Perhaps need to do a database sweep for absolute links; could make them...

Yes, stock PHP is 2MB uploads, if I am recalling accurately. My camera is an older 10MP model, but yields 9MB images by default. I generally have no need of that much resolution for anything I am doing, so it is set for 4.4MB per image. I for one can't imagine needing to upload more than a 5MB...

Trouble in Paradise Brandon: Hmmm... Image uploads of greater than 4MB are broken. My camera is set for 4.4MB images and they fail to upload; if I reduce the file size in Photoshop, no problem. Might want to check the PHP settings to see what the max upload size and what not are set to. Or...

It glitched out during lunch today, unless that was my internet connection or a routing problem -- but other sites stayed available.
