No problem here on PC or laptop. I stopped using Norton years ago because it was crap but I think it's a bit better now. Avira is good for free. Download Malwarebytes it's free or you can buy premium. Just run that and you should be ok. You can keep it on a USB just in case you crash, then just...- Steve Mack
