Hmmm, I will have to check the oil pickup hose more closely. Thanks.

Stephen- Let me guess, the stripped bolt holds the ground wire for the kill switch. I had a couple that loosened up and stripped. And the oiler issue is something in the oilers. I can blow air back into the oil tube and get them working again, but need to pull the side cover to do so. About half...

I only used the Stihl bars. A couple blew out in less than 6 months, the rest I never had an issue with them.

I ran the Stihl MS150TC as my main bucket saws the last 3-4 years in business. That was my first exposure to the 1/4" chains and they held up surprisingly well. Took a couple tries to get the hang of sharpening them but they don't need sharpening often if you don't use them on the ground.

Matt, try the Stihl 1/4 pitch chain. It holds an edge for days. You may think it's expensive but it lasts twice as long as the Oregon chain.

I get 3 months out of a 3/8 lo pro chain on my 200T unless I hit metal, and I use the 200T for about 95% of my cutting. I can't tell you exactly but I'm over 2 years on my current roll of 63PM chain and should have enough to last through this summer if I don't give away or sell any more loops.

    1/4" pitch

I haven't seen it in years around here. I bought my very first used chainsaw from one of my lawn customers in the early 80s and it had 1/4" chain on it. Everyone was going to 3/8" lo pro at that time and even then it was not easy to find chain. These days I won't use anything but Stihl 63PM on...
