    "Rock" climbing gyms are Great for new climbers, along with taking good swings. Fun in a saddle, hanging from a rope/ protected by a rope, is great experiential learning that gear is good. Short, top-rope falls in a gym, with a stretchy rope is way better than listng MBSs, etc, etc.
