    Fiber is important, and allows sugar uptake. Juice is unnatural. Do you know about Stevia leaf extract as a sweetener?

    Smoothies are an easy way to add protein powder. I consider it, but haven't gotten to it. My old, I mean ex-, gf had them every morning for breakfast. I got one, too, as an appetizer.
