    setting slave and master for more than one hard drive is essential and east, there is a jumper on the back of the drive that you put in one or the other position. Kenny had good ideas but I think unless you are a computer geek you wouldnt cypher it out. bottom line, new hard drive, new windows...

    try downloading and installing a different browser like Firefox, it might be the virgin of IE you have is screwy. uninstalling and reinstalling may help but try the different browser and see if that helps eh.

    usually windows will allocate that automatically. if you add new stuff it will add it in. if its where you dont like it then go to control panel and add/remove hardware; remove the drive. then turn the comp off, unplug the drive (internally) and fire it up. then turn it off again, plug the drive...
