looks delish. FWIW I talked to a few guys today, they are convinced that McDonalds owns a company called "100% real beef". Makes their statements about product content even more speculous, non?

Jay, we use canola oil in the fryer, it has a lid and a 'filter' but the smell of oil still seems to linger, not the acrid burnt smell, just a noticeable odour. Normally we dont reuse the oil but maybe the last time it wasnt its first run, might account for the smell. Maybe in most prepared...

    Meat filling?

the Canadian site says its patties are 100% Canadian beef, salted and peppered at the time of cooking. The same cuts you would find in a grocery store bought hamburger patty. Wendy's touts 'never frozen' beef patties. Not sure what they use for their formed chicken products. I saw Food Inc and...

Eric, I haven't heard them claim that in years since the old B Mac tv ads of the 80's? maybe it was 90's, funny how that jingle stays with me to this day. "Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun' Almost as memorable as the old wheres the beef...
