We don't have citrus here. This might help. http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/C107/m107bptrunkrootdis.html. I am trying this product on my apples it's basically diluted hydrogen peroxide. It may not cure what you've got there but could help keep it from spreading...- Old Monkey
