Disregard this post Did you mean pulley block or chunk of wood block? I figure there's a way to use a throwline and rope and other gear to pull up and secure a block from the ground. Use a truck to pull your chunk of wood up. Sorry if I misunderstood your question. EDIT: Oh, I thought you said...- Nutball
