    I keep the tiny .043 1/4 chain extra tight because it takes less slack to derail easily having smaller drive links and several rivets, which in my opinion increases stretchiness.

    Oregon 1/4 has much bigger teeth. I imagine most people push too hard when bore cutting with green label chains, because those chains do not like cutting with the tip at all. Even during normal cuts, cutting is fast until the tip reaches the wood, then it's a slow struggle to bury the tip.

    Archer has a copy of it, but without the bumpers, so it would be considered yellow chain.

    They need a .043 gauge with tooth size between what's on .050, and Stihl's super small .043. Those baby teeth are just too small to be useful, and require another size file (1/8"). So, I'm actually not a big fan of it, other than the smooth cutting for saws with jumpy AV, or for delicate trimming.
