Pintle vs. Ball???
The pintle ball combo sucks.......way to much slop. There are different size pintle rings. Ours has almost no slop. Large spring on other side absorbs some impact The pintle on ours also swivels....which is great on uneven terrain. We pull trailer with a 2" ball with hammerhead hitch....itks ok.- No_Bivy
