    Agreed, why do so many people try to do this stuff without instruction/training, to save a few bucks? I won't hand out any advice to ol' Jose, except for to pay for some training. Like Sean says 3 years to learn what he could have learnt in a few days on a course.

    I like climbing trees, mostly, I have been doing it for a while now, so unless it's especially challenging it's all a bit ho hum. A day in jeans with new teeth fitted to my rg35 is a happy day.

    It's not the hole in the ground, it's the pile of grindings. Won't burn, can't put it with the chip piles as it has stones, earth etc.

    Leave it if I can, some clients want it leveled and the chips taken away. Costs more, not too much though.

    Jose, charge the client say, $200 to grind the stump, get a local guy to do it for $100, keep doing that for a while then buy a grinder.
