Super Braid CANNOT be spliced, while Stable Braid CAN. Stable Braid's ability to be spliced is why I don't care for it. It's a looser braid and picks too easy for my tastes. Super Braid is the Kevlar of bullropes, I loves it!

I've never seen that sized Super Braid rope in real life, cool.

Other than crane operators that have been doing a lotta treework using a load indicator, "guessing wood weight" is just that... guessing. I'm asked that question a lot, and my answer is hell if I know.

I've roped way bigger pieces with my 1/2" Stable Braid Plus, but I don't shock load it for sure.
