If rpm slows down or stop it will get even hotter as the cooling stop. Best way to cool a saw id flip throttle up and down in rpm, fuel and air cool it very fast.

The plastic was liquid and transparent. It was IBC containers and pigment was powder I think added separately in molding machine. Not sure if they still do it this way, but I think so as there is a bunch of IBC containers around factory. They had other machines making other products from pellet...

The plastic that is to be black is colored with sot. It is mixed in when plastic is melted, before its in mold and pressurized. That might change something to something... The plastic that was to be green is colored same way with some green stuff... Not sure what that was from.

Spring, rivet or vale etc Husqvarna want to sell their new can so they got these off the shelvs too boost sale of the newer nobody...

I like them too, Bermy, especially the older with black pipes. The plastic somehow was better in black. I have the 1-3 generation of the orange. I have red and yellow too. These are made 5km from my house! You know you can get parts for the pipe if its missing something or brake? Newer pipe with...

Metal gas containers create issues in itself. I prefer the plastic. And as I use a more stabil fuel, store it out of sunlight, I have no worries...

100f is 37.778 degrees Celsius. Not hot or boiling temp unless fuel is not suitable for use in chainsaws. Boiling temp of fuel is very different depending on quality. If it boils at low temps chainsaw would not do well with it. Its often a saw sitting in the sun get quite a bit hotter than this...

I doubt it creates much pressure it just pull it up from fuel tank to be easier on the fuel pump as it takes a while for it to get it up. Left overs go back in fuel tank so its a fairly open system as far as I can tell.. Its nothing new from what I can tell. Its easy to see if its hot fuel or...

Now I made a couple cuts with 500i. Not enough to get a feel for it other than its a very good beginning of future. We will see more of these injector saws I am sure. If they can let go of fresh air engines and do these instead it would be a real treat.

The ones running Alkylate has very little fuel issues and if they run saw normal (not to hot) there is very little issues.

Any IPL of this 500i so we can see how she looks inside? I am afraid HVA had their shot and passed. Injection has been a debated for years... I am convinced its the way to go, just like Jonsered was a long time ago.

Its not good to say "They are still 4-Mix". Makes it a vage, inaccurate and confusing as there are blowers with all types, regular two strokes, strato two strokes, 4-strokes, 4mix... Mot so easy to talk about these things anymore as its not many that is the same.
