    Electric climbing top-handle saws...

Chaps I don't know anything about except the ones Oregon sell here and they are same as pants. I use these and know torq is no matter. If you ever had a saw with high torq in your hands you should see it too. Fiber is pulled from pants and tangle in clutch cover causing a pretty fast halt...

Too much torque is BS! Good argument to push product but not correct from safety aspect. It has to do with rpm's and layers on nylon string. It gets packed in saw regardless of torque. Pants are tested with 12hp saw and should handle at least 21m/sek

If you use normal chainsaw pants approved up to 21m/sek the chain speed, you'll be just as well actually even better off than with a petrol saw as chain speed is limited to 20m/sek on battery saws. Not gas saws were you can get bigger rims and high rpm out of and close to 25m/sek pretty easy.

If you compare two saws like this it say's very little when you look after facts. There is a lot we don't know and cant see.... I can make a video were my Partner 351 beat a 372. It won't say much either...

That is soft wood. I have Partner 351's that cut better than that Stihl 150. Doesn't say much as a comparison.
